ವಿಜಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇಂದು ಯಾವ ಚಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದೆ?
ವಿಜಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇಂದು ಯಾವ ಚಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದೆ? ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆ? ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಜನವರಿ ೧ರ ವಿಕ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ "ವಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ" ತಲೆಬರಹವಿರುವ ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಓದಿ.

chatta means plan, order, rules, in kannada.
Hope before posting this article you could have referred dictionary. Please write article or comment or criticize anybody with a proper homework. Otherwise it will show your ignorance to the world.

So, what are you trying to tell me here? They wrote 'chatta' intentionally? Please explain how any of those meanings fit in that sentence.
Moreover even if such other meanings exist for the word 'chatta', people will take the most common meaning. I don't see any need for using that word to mean anything you have mentioned here.

ಹೌದು, ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸವೆಂದರೆ ಜನರು ಅಂತಹ ದಿನಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡು ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವುದು.
